We need to have a full OBV and REV picture to tell. A date also is something we need.

The images on that page just show the plating shifted away, exposing the flat zinc core underneath. This is a recessed groove.

Not convinced its mechanical Rolling Machine Damage. What I'm seeing is tucked in very close to the rim. As a side note, when processing photos for uploading, check to be sure the images are not stretched/shrunken in the X oy Y axis--otherwise, the coin featured looks artificially 'out of round'. Thanks.

Solved! It's Peripheral Die Damage (PDD).
