scale is in milimeters.
diameter and weight of coins,
starting top left, ending bottom right:
13mm, 2.0 g.
15mm, 3.3 g.
14mm, 2.1 g.
14mm, 2.0 g.

@toc, while I am not an expert on these, I agree with your identification of the bottle cap: horse and elephant foreparts and the weight and diameter are good matches. Here is a link to a better preserved example for folks who want to do their own comparison:

Bottom right is an AE Dichalkon of Hadrian from Alexandria Egypt issued under the Arsinoite nome, dated 126-127 AD. Nice little crocodile reverse.
