These are a new area of collecting for me. Is this any kind of overdate? Is the damage around the 18 PMD? Opinions on condition welcome. I was thinking VF, but I'm an infernal optimist.

Thanks in advance.

It does indeed look to be an 1824 O-117! No overdate or repunched date here!
Suffering from bust half fever.
