Looks like doubled die in a few places especially on the date and motto but not sure machinery or hub doubling. Also notice two portruding objects in the eyes and a extra line following the frontal shape of the face. All comments and opinions will be much appreciated. Thanks.

All I can see is some minor Machine Doubling.
Hard to tell with the white reflection on the photos.

From your pictures, I think the reverse of your Celia Cruz Quarter is more " Die Deterioration" than the Double die.
If double die, the lettering and number characters would be slightly thicker.

Looks pretty normal to me. Maybe some slight Machine Doubling, but nothing else.

I would take a good look at WDDO-001 and check for die markers these pictures are not good enough to see any possible die markers. It looks like a double eye to me but there is clearly Machine Doubling on this coin. Not saying it is or isn't due to quality of pictures is to hard to say
