Found this 2017 D mint Jefferson nickel. Are these minting errors? The weight is 4.9g.

@kimi, I'm seeing normal circulation wear on the reverse and heavy mechanical flattening or grinding on the obverse.

I'm seeing rather heavy, circulation-related post-strike damage. Perhaps a touch of abrasion as well. The coin didn't leave the striking chamber in that condition.

To CCF! I'm seeing heavy circulation wear and possibly sanded down surfaces. It's PMD, not an error.

The O could be showing Machine Doubling. That kind of doubling doesn't carry a premium though. Your coin is worth 5 cents. It's had a rough life.
