1982 Lincoln Cent - Off Center? Double Rim

The off center % needs to be higher and even better if any of the design is affected. But I'm still a newbie lol so hopefully one of the other members confirm if I'm correct. Your example is too minor to command a premium over face value. You can keep it if you want until you find a better example, but just remember that it's only worth face value. Errers and Varietys.
