Brandmeister Pillar of the Community United States 6619 Posts	Posted 08/21/2025 2:28 pm Picked on ebay, another example of 1941 25¢ DDR-005, which is technically a specific die of a doubled hub Wexler 1941 25¢ WWHR-001. The doubled beak is a strong example. Supporting markers are the scratches through AM in America and a die clash remnant on the right wing. The coin is circulated and the more fragile markers appear worn away. The die clash puts this specimen at die wear Stage D or E. Link to a prior specimen recently found: 1941 25¢ DDR-005 last month.
