I just got my grades back from PCGS— I submitted a beautifully toned proof like looking 1969-S for grading. I was shocked to see it made MS69BN. That officially makes it the ONLY MS69BN Lincoln Cent from 1909 to date. The next closest BN for 1969-S is a MS65BN. PCGS even made it the default pic for the CoinFacts page! Here is the true view. https://www.pcgs.com/cert/53639937Should have it back by Wednesday!

Lovely coin indeed. Simply stunning. How did you come about it? Fantastic grade result - I'm thrilled for you. Show us some photos of the coin in slab when you get it home. I'm generally not a huge fan of toning, but that cent is simply stunning. Well done! Maybe ask @bobby to make it your avatar?

Was thinking the same? Has that type of proof coin toning from the plastic case , and looks way to sharply struck for a business strike example . The more I look .PROBABLY PROOF. Compared to a couple of my toned Proof S mints pretty similar rims , finish and strike . The only other solution , someone visited the Mint in SF turned up the striking pressure and hand struck a single coin from a brand new pair of dies . My humble opinion , anyways!
