I am wondering if this is Die Deterioration or not a clean strike of some kind?

It's not a wide rim so I'm just more curious than anything

Die Deterioration?
However, look at the bottom right of the Obverse and then the top left on the Reverse (opposite edges); it shows the same strike condition. It's odd to have both dies deteriorate in the exact location at the same time...
. . . ]It's just me thinking, Help!

@Sanny25, don't get discouraged if people will tell something questionable observations; it is just an opinion, nothing much nothing less. I went through thousands of coins piece by piece, read and research coin minting process etc directly from us mint site. This coin has zero deteriorating issue; in my experience. Just my fair and reasonable opinion.
