I'm not sure if you have a question, but the star, etc. were added after the coin left the US Mint.

I would save this one in a 2x2. Haven't seen that counter stamp before. Is that bottom design element a mountain or a submarine?

How would the words united states of America was removed with no scratches and the rim is not touched, for educational purpose?

@rub, very good question and I'm not sure of the answer. Virtually 100% of the counterstamps that we see are incuse, but yours appears to be in relief. If the coin was a single alloy all the way through then theoretically material could be "chased" from one area to another, but that is not the case for this cent. You for sure have an oddity here.
