This is very shinny. I have found a few circulated proofs and I thought that this was one until I seen the mint mark.
The only thing done to the photo is compression to be able to post on here. Being conservative when photo grading from PCGS I believe this coin has more detail and much more defined strike

A nicely struck coin showing signs of light circulation--rim ticks and subtle dings in the fields

Edit: It could be Uncirculated possibly.

The reverse is best side, free of any major hits, clean columns and bright luster. The steps are typical for 2006, weak in the middle. I searched for years to find both the P & D will full steps. The obverse is little beat-up and rims show signs of circulation but I'm sure it looks better in hand.

This is my primary coin. The steps are pretty good but a bit weak. Tough coin to find without water spots.

(@BadThad) are either one of the coins that you posted graded? Doing a photograding off of PCGS to me this looks like the best one that they have on there and Counting ding for ding with comparison to size and depth of the marks I kind of feel that the coin I have would have a chance at a 68 my queen does have full steps all the slightly weak like you had mentioned I'll see if I can get a better angle posted here soon this is not my coin but from PCGS website

BadThad I tried replying earlier to what you had said I hope you get notification of this.
But photo grading using PCGS I really feel that mine and yours beautiful coin by the way are comparable to the 68 with easily getting a 67 plus especially due to the fact that our coins are struck much cleaner and detailed

Chasing PCGS high grades is a waste of money. It's a game certain to drain your wallet. You cannot reliably photograde above 66/67 and comparing hit or hit or stain for stain to PCGS examples is worthless.
