I would like to point out that the eagle's left wing has an apparent die clash remnant. The metal under EPU is also warped by an abraded die clash. I don't know if the Bugs Bunny designation is for a specific die variety, but I would definitely say that this is a post-clash Franklin half that underwent clash removal.

Another clear maker would be SW-NE die scratch connects the top of the S of PLURIBUS to the bell#65292;which make me sure it is from a certain clash dies.see the red arrow.
