My subscription still shows as '3' under quantity, but with the HHL being 1 I suspect I'll only get one. Would be fair enough. How many do you think will be available for sale on the day - 10k? There are quite a few on pre-sale on ebay. I wonder how some who have already sold 100+ can fulfill their orders...

Roughly a week ago, I got an email from the Mint, the typical one that says to make sure your payment info is up to date and you have until a certain time to cancel the subscription, just typical warning email from the Mint. My subs are different, I have 3 separate subs on the congrats, one on the W proof. I did get 4 emails, one for each, so it really looks like I'm getting the 3 Congrats (I feel slightly guilty over it, but this was not done in any rush to get them, as a matter of fact I had 2 active subs on the Congrats already, the third one was paused, I just unpaused it. I got 2 last year on subscription.) My guess is if you subscribed to 3 before they altered it to 1, they'll let you have it. I won't be broken hearted if they take me back to 1. All in the game.

Seeing the mints have changed their site, I believe it's far from the best America could produce, They went to Cloud Fare to advance the systems User-Friendly purchasing experiences. Now lets talk reality, The last time I tried to sign in during a release I was immediately shifted backwards after filing out the sign in forms, the site does not recognize my preexisting account? The subscription to the 2026 Congratulations set I could not subscribe to, The system would not allow me to sign in, I have No ASE Subscription for the 2026 Congratulations set. ( not for lack of trying ). Since then the mintage being stated @ 60,000 , Lets try to figure out Just how many of these 2026 sets Will be available on February 26, 2026 @ high-noon. The subscriptions will deduct say "X " from the 60,000. Then the Authorized Distributors have their portion deducted say " Y ". So with a 60,000 total minus X- minus Y- _________________ Whats your call, ? Either way, See you @ noon........ This Philadelphia issued American Silver Eagle has Taken the 4th Lowest mintage ASE in the series, and that position has changed things( instant rarity ). ...... I like Fruit!!!!

Judging by current asking prices on ebay, I doubt many are aware how 'rare' this ASE actually is. Kudos to this forum!

From what I have read it seems the Congrats set is normally that years Proof coin in a different box and it cost a little more Is this the first year that they used a different mint to create a specific ASE for the Congrats Set?

Starting in 2013 through 2016 the Congratulations set Residents were from the West Point Mints, 2017 the First exception was the San Francisco mint released that ASE, American Silver Eagles from 2021 through 2025 Residents were from the West Point Mints. So in answer to the question asked would be No it is Not, .... PS, Agreed that Most of the general public have no clue as to the rarity this coin has, Many will realize toooo late in the game. And this is Why, Mint marks Matter.....

Quote:2017 the First exception was the San Francisco mint released that ASE... And the only other way to get the 2017 S Proof was in the LESPS. Quote:And this is Why, Mint marks Matter..... My thoughts exactly for the Marines P ASE. Guess we'll see how that one fares over the years. I am one of the people that have my alarm set for 10:30 Central to get logged in as I am not a lucky holder of a subscription.

Quote:Judging by current asking prices on ebay, I doubt many are aware how 'rare' this ASE actually is. Just to go through a few questions and statements I see, on ebay I see people trying to flip raw OGP Congrats sets trying to make ~$100 on them, $260 range. Not bad if you missed out. The graded ones some people are looking for big money, up in the $800 range or so. 69s a bit less. Hard to say where this might settle out. I'll hang on to my spares. Quote:Is this the first year that they used a different mint to create a specific ASE for the Congrats Set? In deference to Morgan's Dad, the answer is yes it is. The 2017S was also available in the 2017 Limited Edition Silver Proof Set. It sure doesn't happen often that a unique coin like this comes out. The instant rarity like this, I guess 2019 and 2020 were the last times this happened, the 19S ERP and the 2020 V75. But the ones saying it seems a little under hyped are correct, not hearing as much about it as the last times releases like this happened. I think many are still in sticker shock mode. Quote: the site does not recognize my preexisting account? I didn't know exactly the best quote to copy. I have an experience that may or may not pertain. My wife wanted me to try to stop getting the mint notifications sent to our ISP email address. Fine, I got signed up with my Gmail email address. But they never stopped coming to the ISP address, I thought I had it all switched over. Turns out, when you get your account set up with the Mint, that the email address you use is basically your account name to them, not like your name, like you'd think. I had thought about cancelling that account and starting another, but seriously afraid, since I discovered this, that I'd lose my subscriptions that I have, especially right now. So to Morgan's Dad, I'd ask if your are using your same email address to sign in with that you've always used. I can't sign in using my Gmail address, it's like that doesn't even exist, but I do get emails sent there, it's still not my US Mint account email. As far as the website itself, sorry to disagree, but keeps getting better and better for me, and I'm not techie really. The last couple releases, it actually recognized me and "made me" sign in to my account after I dropped something in my check out "bag" and went to check out, resulting in free shipping. IDK the last time I had to pay for shipping, quite awhile. Even the gold sac dollar last year, went priority even, no charge.

I repent, I misunderstood the question, Thanks....
About Your experience at the mint, When I thought I had all my ducks in order the mint had the U S Marines release, I signed in as I had Thousands of times, It did not recognize me, I was frustrated and after many many attempts I missed the release, Why , Because I contacted the mint and was told, We're sorry We changed things around. I use to sign in with my email address as my user name, That day it would not allow me to sign in, They decided to cut part of my email address out of the sign in. Very poor systems.
I respectfully disagree about the Newer site, It is much more difficult navigating the site, Limited visuals at a time. Poor layout format and new shipping rates. I too usually reach my 3 orders and the rest of the year is No shipping. Just thought the older format was more user friendly .
As far as cloud flare, virtual waiting room idea, I like, Just wish that technology of the day would catch up to the sites overwhelming demands without crashing......

Quote: I too usually reach my 3 orders and the rest of the year is No shipping I haven't paid for any shipping for awhile. Not sure exactly how it works, but it seems like you don't pay for shipping on any subs at all. Even the first, second, and third order of the year, subs are always free. I guess if there is something you buy before a sub is shipped, you'd pay for it. And by extension, if you bought something before 3 subs are shipped, you'd pay for those, too, until you were up to 3 again sales. It seems like I've lucked out and had 3 subs shipped before I needed to order something on a drop day, something you can't subscribe too. So last year I think I already had 3 subs shipped, W proof and 2 Congrats sets, plus an Uncirculated later in the year, before the US Military anniversary privy ASEs came out, so by June I was deep in to the free shipping zone. Again even the gold sac dollar, which they sent priority, due to the gold, I guess, was free shipping.
