It's hard to say definitively from those photos. My gut feel is that the bar of the G does not protrude far enough beneath the overhang, and there is no flared hook on the upright base. But others here know far more about the diagnostics for a 1988 Flared G cent.

I'd say no. Not seeing the flare on the G.

That is a normal 1988 Reverse. Note the lack of a serif on the G

The F isn't close enough to the base and the bottom of G isn't sticking out far enough. Agree with others normal 1988
