Came across a 2010 Hot Springs Quarter, would like to know if anyone has seen this before. Both obverse and reverse have a shiny but pitted look with a die bulge in line with each other, front and back. Is this a true Error?
Also came across another Quarter, both obverse and reverse shiny but pitted look, the date is hard to identify, looks like possible 1983. Smooth edge no reeding. Any assistance will be great.
Your first 2 images of the 2010 looks like it was heated to an extreme level causing the cladding to bubble up. The Second 2 images look to be from (looks like) a 1993 quarter that was dipped into an acid bath.
