The illustrations of coins/medals on the mint site really don't show how a coin is going to look with different finishes, wish they would post actual photos of coins before release so we could see. How much finish variation and where they are might help people decide if they want one.

If I remember right, wasnt this listed under the subscription tab (which was correct for the last 2 ASE drops) that the mintage would be 90K and limit of 10? I could be wrong. Picture still does not give a clear understanding to what this is still...

Checked Wayback Machine. Website is horrible but it does show that the it went from 90K with limit of 10 each. Must have updated with the picture change.

Thanks for all reply's, US mints don't seem to have the correct image showing. I can tell by looking at the images provided that this coin looks like it has the same type of finish as the 2017 Enhanced Uncirculated Set Most of it will be matte, and the fine raised details will be polished It's a very subdued enhancement I already posted this image but I guess you missed it To me it looks like the ASE's letters, numbers and privy mark will get the enhanced finish

Nice photos Boba, Sweet Enhancement looks on the 2017 E Uncirculated Kennedy half dollar. I Love the Unc's, Especially so when they make These Enhanced Unc's

Boba, I Was totally unimpressed with the Morgan and Peace Silver dollars modern series Basically After the 2021 100th Anniversary releases. Until I read and confirmed the 2026 Morgan and Peace Uncirculated silver dollars will be an Enhanced Uncirculated version , My favorite examples. I am In for the Peace dollars 2026 Enhanced Uncirculated 100TH Anniversary release. The 2013-W ASE Enhanced Uncirculated will be in Great company.

There was also a 2014 enhanced uncirculated Kennedy half dollar as part of the four coin set. I wish they had left the mintage of these at 90,000, but as the demand for the Congratulations Set ASE grew they increased it. I will probably cut back on my subs, as you could have up to ten, prior to the hhl change. Also not sure if they will handle them as the did the CS and honor the full number.

The 2014 Enh UC Half is a different type of finish
I think this years ENH UC coins will be more like the 2017 or 2019 version

2019 was the Enhanced Reverse Proof, a different finish. The 2017 I think you mean the Enhanced Uncirculated proof set (US Mint 225th Anniversary). I think the finish will be like the 2013W. The obverse probably nearly identical to the 2013W, the reverse remains to be seen what route they go with that, but multiple finishes. I wish they'd use a way to make the eagles head look white (use the lighter color matte finish on that area)

EDIT TO ADD - I thought Gilly was talking about the 2019 Rev Proof ASE
After some research I realised he was talking about the 2019 S Kennedy Quote: Gilly wrote
2019 was the Enhanced Reverse Proof, a different finish. I was referring to the 2017 and 2019 Halves I just posted this pic in the Peace and Morgan topic but it seems appropriate to add it to this topic All of these finishes are considered Enhance Uncirulated
