The ID is a cash of one of the Yuan rebels, emperor Wu-Chu, later the first Ming Emperor.
It is a match for Fisher's Ding FD-1846 (Hartill #20.3), and apparently issued 1364-68.
The question is whether it is authentic or a copy, since it is, according to Numista, a rare one, and no photo is supplied, just an Illustration.
I don't recall how I got it, which is why I have doubts as to its authenticity.
