I agree. The uncirculated examples, especially the War Nickels really pop. In fact, an uncirculated example was one thing that got me back into collecting. Some years ago, I went into a local shop to get a proof set for my son's birthday. They used to hang coins for auction on one of their walls every week. They had me coming back every week to write in my bid. I did win that first one for a few $$$. I miss that. Here are some picks of my UNC collection. Well, don't look too close at the 42 D. She might have a bit of a rub.
