This seems to me to be off. GOD does not seem to be lined up with WE. Would this be a misaligned die?
There is so much to learn. Thank you everyone in advance for your replies.

Look up the meaning of " misaligned die", it has nothing to do with what you are referring to.
Your cent looks normal, all coins struck from that die would look like that.

Normal looking IGWT.

a mis-aligned die will not cause parts of the design to shift. if the dis is not aligned, then everything is shifted.

Has to be normal for the die - seeing it's a hardened piece of tool steel the elements of the die are not going to be "moving" around on it.
