Here is the other GSA dollar that was graded at CACG. I would suggest that while the PCGS Truviews are glamour shots, CACG imaging brings out the worst in a coin. Every tick or mark is shown, making surface marks look worse. So, what is your grade?

I'll say MS66. Beauty. Maybe proof like as well.

Very nice 1880-CC. Both are really nice coins, but this coin is better than the 1883-CC.
Again, looking at the number, depth, and location of contact marks, most of what appears on the obverse is surface disruption of the frost, rather than scratches or dings. The three largest scratches are hidden, two in the hair above and above right of the eye and one from the back of the cap beneath the ribbon to the fourth right star. There is a little bag rash on the eyebrow and nose and a couple small dings at the truncation of the neck. There is some chatter in the left and right obverse fields and a light rim ding at 9:30. These would hold it back from MS-65, but look consistent with MS-64/MS-64+.
The reverse is fantastic. The eagle is almost mark-free, except for a light scratch on the upper right wing (our visual left) to the "D" of UNITED. There is a deeper knock between the "E" of ONE and the "D" of DOLLAR. I'm a little bit torn whether this is a planchet defect or a scratch. The reverse easily makes MS-65.
Overall, I'd see this one as net MS-64+. It very well might be prooflike, but that's hard to judge from photos. Very nice coin.

I could see this example fall into the MS64 range. Nice appeal!

I'm thinking MS-64 at best.
Errers and Varietys.

I would say: MS63+, but CAC doesn't give out "+", MS64 it is..

This one was very disappointing. I expected at least an MS-63PL on this one. There is certainly some surface chatter on this one-I think the PL fields and cameo look hurt this one. I've seen 64s that are worse than this one (plus I'm a little biased).

Didn't expect that one. I guess if you want a CAC graded coin best to buy one already in the holder.
