This appears to be a RPM, pictures are to
hazy and I really can't tell for sure.

It looks like a 1951D-1MM-001 if it's clearly a RPM; see what you see here.

Thank you rockdude for clearing the photo up. And yes you are correct. It is the 1951D-1mm-001. My coin is in better grade. Not bad, $15 one center It is not MS grade though.
