I am assuming this is either modern Greece or Roman gold,approx 5 grams,has a 900 stamp so that is why I figure its modern,could anyone please i.d this coin

It's not a coin; it's probably a jewellery medal, given the stampings. The script is Cyrillic, so the language will be Russian or some other Slavic language.

#1034;#1045;#1043;#1054;#1064;, or "Njegoš", full name "Petar II Petrovi#263;-Njegoš" was a Serbian ruler and the national poet of Montenegro, 1813-1851. That's his name in the bottom of the obverse. I'm guessing that the rest is a quote of his in Serbian.

Hmmmm. They don't let you type in Serbian Cyrillic here. Look in the serbian article to see the author's name. Sort of like "HELOW" but instead "#1034;#1045;#1043;#1054;#1064;"
