I wonder why the mint didnt check the coins before shipping. Would you give a valued customer a rare coin with a scratch? Report this Post to the Staff

Thats such a shame because I think both Franklin coin designs are really impressive. Wish there was a way for them to replace it for you. I wish I had bought more then one of each. Do you think you might send it back and then try to buy another from a dealer or ebay? You'd think quality control at the mint would be better then that. Margaret, I place 2 orders with the mint, for a total of 3 of each commems in UNC. But one order got lost and I'm waiting for them to replace it for me. I called the mint about exchanging this one but they said due to the demand they can't gurantee that they can replace it. By the time mine arrives there, if they don't have any in stock they'll credit me. So I thought I hang onto what I have. Report this Post to the Staff
