Another Franklin Proof: How's The Photo?

jcook54 Pillar of the Community United States 533 Posts	Posted 10/14/2009 8:22 pm I'll leave the DCAM to others but I think the reflection takes away from the finished photo. Personally I think it takes away from the perfect mirrored field. Of course a "mirror" reflects but I think you get what I mean. Whenever I see photos like this I try and figure out exactly what the reflection is. Nice picture though. It's better than any I've ever been able to take! Report this Post to the Staff

Bryan1315 Bedrock of the Community United States 14454 Posts	Posted 10/15/2009 2:46 pm myself I like to see something in the background of a mirror coin unless you can get them to look black (which I have never been able to do) because it allows you to see just how much mirrors the coin has which is hard to tell with some pictures if there is nothing in the fields showing to go by Report this Post to the Staff

I saw this is another thread, if you can set the camera to macro and have it on a tripod or book or something to keep it steady and then take the pic of the coin standing up it minimizes the motion blur and you will have a crisper looking photograph Report this Post to the Staff
