I also believe that the 11/13/09 ship date applies to the orders placed now. Those of use that ordered on the 15th will still have the 10/30/09 ship date as given in the confirmation e-mail. As a side note, I almost had a coronary event this morning. I got an e-mail from the mint saying my order had been shipped, only to remember that would be for the 2009 Silver Proof Set that I ordered at the same time!
