I ran into one of my customers yesterday at the hardware store. How ya doin'? , I asked , "good, What have you been up to?" So the word coin comes up and then his reply got my attention a bit.
He said He has a bunch of coins and he could let me have a few. the list started with Morgans, then a few uncirculated rolls from 43! ! My question is what would be the price one of you would pay someone you know for a roll of these or actual value?
He also told me he has alot of 1921 s halves and dollars! !Said He could let me have a few of these too. He's a notable chap in town and I know his word is good. I left with His phone number and now watching the clock to call him monday morning at 8:00am SHARP! !
iLL KEEP you posted on what comes . Keep your fingers crossed .
Just a ball park on the 43's per roll. did'nt say P,D, or S. so I don't have that info for you yet.

1943 uncirculated rolls of what? Any 1943 unc roll is worth quite a bit but there's a big difference between Lincoln cents and Walking Liberty halves.

Let us know the denomination and we can give you a rough estimate.

Since he mentioned "steel" in the thread title, I'd assume he meant Lincolns.
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis

Things to watch out for:
1. Rusted
2. Darkened
3. re-processed

These three lower a coin fasted in value of Steel Cents.
The should look light with a zinc coating. Too shiny, re-processed. Plating to thick or falling off. Pass.
Darkened or rusted hardly any hope for them in that condition. They can be wheat cents you could get rid of in a bulk lot.
Rest in Peace

Do you mean plated in some way by re-processed?

Steel: I gotcha! It was the middle of the night!

I'd estimate $100 minimum if they're really unc rolls. If he has "S" mint rolls it would be a lot more $$.
