Is this a worthless token?

Seems to be of some sort of bronze. Not copper and not brass or silver.

It reads:
CTX 808 VB
United States of America VB

I searched around and it seems to be a token for something like a vacuum at a car wash or similar.
Rest in Peace

It looks to be a car wash (or vacuum) token made by Van Brook

Bingo! Found it here: http://www.vanbrooktokens.com/tokens1.htm

They list a "CTX-808" token with a 1.074" diameter.

Thanks for the help!!

This is what some collectors call a TMST (Token Manufacturers Stock Token) and was issued by the Van Brooks mint. They have a nice website with these tokens listed. Basically if a buyer is too strapped for cash to have a token made with his name and/or business he can buy from a selection of pre made generic tokens. And that is what this is.
