$7-$10 on ebay, but more with other errors on the front. nice find!

I don't see anything other than an off-center cent with a date. 1983 is a decent year to have. I would think the $7-$10 suggested by FYI may be a tad low for this date if you hold out for an off center collector who collects them by date and mint. I would wait for an offer of $15.
