OK, the signature appears to be #9, but it is not listed as being on this note. Is this just another Krause omission?

I've only got an old Pick (5th edition, 1986), but it lists this signature combination for this denomination, as "Second issue, red denomination numeral, Old Lao text on back", Pick #54. Dates from 1936.

I have an eighth edition Krause (1996) and it has the same info as Sap.
