Pretty sure it is not. I could be wrong, I really don't know. Found it roll searching today. I'm sure you can tell how I flipped it by the staple.

I agree, definitely rotated (about 45° CW, it looks like) and a legitimate error. Congratulations!

I don't know the rarity or value of modern rotated die coins but I check all my change and have yet to find a single significant rotation error. I have found rotated Kennedy halves in rolls but those have all been alterations.

Thanks for your fast responses. I will add it to my collection.
Just out of curiosity, any ideas about the premium? Just a guess is all I am looking for, you don't have to be right on, is it more like 10 cents or 10 dollars?

Thanks again,
Tim

Definitely worth more than 10 cents LOL. I couldn't really give you a set value but I would probably pay $5-10 for a modern cent with that degree of rotation, that one is nice and one of the best I have seen in a while.

Nice find. I think anything with that degree of rotation is really hard to find (I've never found one except on that 1995 put together coin I found last year.) Congrats.

Thats a good one. I think a 45 deg. rot. is the one to start with
on a premium. Then 90,135, and the biggy 180 degs.
