The "special factor" in collecting these, will definately be for those who are lucky enough to complete a P & D BU business strike high quality nice MS grade album. Because "few" people will be able to have them. The "masses" will not be able to repeat what they did with the 50 State Qtrs.
And you will have paid dear for them too if you buy the "two roll sets" of each Park Quarter for the duration of the 10 year program.

Since the America the Beautiful Quarters program runs until 2021,
there's plenty of time there for the economy to recover.

With a recovered economy, demand for new coins would return, and more
substantial quantities of these Quarters would appear at banks
(but nothing even close to the quantities that banks had of the State Quarters).

However, banks would still not be able to special-order them!
The "masses" still won't be able to go to the bank and load up
on all of the current National Parks Quarters at face value.

So, you might have some hope of being able to get later issues in
circulation, but they'll probably be 'merely' as rare as the 2009
Territorial Quarters (and how many of those did you get in
circulation last year?).

Even if some of the later issues have some quantity that makes it to
circulation, we all know that the 2010 and 2011 issues (at least)
will be the headache-inducing 'key dates' of that Set!
