Is anyone aware of a 1983 Copper Cent ever being found?

All the production run (just shy of one billion) 1983 cents were 98% copper. They
remained copper in composition until the mint debased the cent in 1997 with zinc.

I'm sorry I was referring to USA Copper cents. In 1982 the copper cent was changed over to Zinc, and in 1983 there were a few 1983 copper cents run at start up.
