On the Large bead the rear jewel is detached.. I cannot tell by your picture.. Can you post a clear close up of the rear jewel...

Also the A in Regina on a Large Bead when running a line through it lines up on the right side of a bead, on the other hand a Small Bead with a line running through the A is closer to the left side of a bead.... I took your picture and marked in the lines for comparison.. Red is Large Bead Line, White is Small Bead line.
