If you want to start some REAL fun: leave it as a 'tip'! You will create some excitement. You should have seen the face of the young waitress after we left a 1923 $1.00 SC as a tip recently... which leads OT to this: find a junky uncut sheet of Ones, and accordion a column of the notes, then leave that for a tip. It's a definite YouTube moment when he/she thinks that you left a lousy tip, until the notes unfold...
