Altered - I was thinking it started as a 7 also....the first and second 1's are SO different, I wonder why folks would bid it up so high.

I'd need better pictures for sure before this coin would interest me, but in the interest of discussion, especially where the similarity between 1's is of concern, ANACS didn't have a problem with the one I have provided a link to below. The digits are clearly dissimilar. There's some Machine Doubling as well, so there's some "background noise" around that last digit.
