How much are they worth? Are they genuine? I find it suspicious that he has a coin with Alexander the Great... Aren't they supposed to be very rare?

The late roman coins all look genuine and appear to be in nice condition, not worth a lot of money. $25 would be a reasonable price for them. I don't collect Greek coins so I can't really comment on it.

A nice bunch of coins. I wouldn't worry about the Greek one being in there - It looks like he is selling a collection as the coins are of a few different emperors.

The Greek coin is worth about $15-20 and from around 300BC.

The rest are rather nice too.

I can see a couple Constantinople and a Roma commemorative. A Valerian (I think), Probus, Carinus, Valens and a few from the Constantine period.

I'd pay upto $45 for the Romans so including the Greek maybe $50-60.

None of the coins look definitely fake from the photos.

Alexander the Great coins are very common; he was the first to issue an empire-wide type of coinage, and the coin designs were continued long after he died. However, while the Greek coin in this lot is similar to Alexander types, the name on the coin is actually "FILIPPOY" - a king named Philip, attributed to Philip III. At the size given in the pics, it'll be a drachm. This example of the same type on Wildwinds, with lyre and "A" mintmarks, sold on VAuctions for $62.
