These are very difficult to grade from pics. Given it is authentic and problem free(can't tell), I'd guess AU-50.

Based on those pictures, the surfaces look "suspect", either improperly cleaned or maybe not even genuine.

The Indian looks he had some work done on his nose and the obverse stars look odd. They almost look raised rather than being properly incuse. Detail-wise this is an AU coin but I agree authenticity is a concern.

It looks to me like the headband has been doctored. The 2nd and 3rd stars up on the right do not appear to be in the right position relative to the feathers.

Id grade the obverse xf to au
Id grade the reverse au, possibly up into ms.
