Found this interesting piece when metal detecting. It appears to be a die for the 2 cent coin, although rather dirty I can certainly make it out. I'm thinking possible forgery!? It is 2 sided which does not make much sense - it is indeed very old. What do you think and where should I go to find out more? Thank you for your time and expertise.
