OldCoinGuy Valued Member Canada 154 Posts	Posted 02/17/2014 2:46 pm I have always been curious as to whether the missing chrome nickels can be faked. If the chrome was put on with an electrolysis process could that not be reversed and the chrome removed? I am certainly not looking to do any experimentation but with pricing being so high on some of these coins, you would think it would attract counterfeiters. Report this Post to the Staff
