Although not old by any means, I did receive a 2009 L-B $1 which was printed in May 2010, one of the early production bills of that series. Still haven't received a pre-2009 note in change at all...

A few days ago I got a 2003A $1, F..E, printed in September 2005...one of the earlier bills from that series.

I knew I had a two dollar bill in my wallet but didn't realize until this morning that it was a "postal stamped" 1976 note... Guess I should pay a little more attention next time I get some $2's for the bank...

I've gotten into the habit of never letting a note into my wallet without thoroughly checking it for anything of interest, including an older series, a star, an error (yes, I check for mismatched SNs) or a fancy SN. It takes time, but hopefully it will pay off eventually.

Nice! If I just saw the back, I'd think I was looking at a 2013.

Nice! I don't remember anyone on the WG forums ever finding an SC in their straps.

At a bank I frequent, one of the tellers saved for me a Series 1969C $5. It's been through a bit of circulation and has a tear in it, but it's nice to see an old bill turn up like that.
