I think XF40. The top picture is hard to see from the flash/glare. But the reverse looks great for it's age and from being in the wild for SO long! Excellent find!

I agree with the EF-40 grade. It looks like it may have been cleaned as they would usually be a darker grey. Pretty nice example though.
