I am currently working on three. The Lincoln Cent album and the 7070 are the first two. The third is a custom album that holds Indian Head cents, Buffalo nickels, and Mercury dimes.

I like those do it yourself types of Albums. I'm courious as to why those in one Album? They all have different dates and sizes and colors. So what is the reasoning for those?

All three of these sets are two pages, while the smallest Dansco binder holds four pages. I really dislike the slack space, so I bought a binder that could hold six pages and bought six generic pages (two of each denomination).

The only thing these three types have in common is that they proceed the current modern types for each denomination. The last of the effigies.

And I do just the opposite. I get the largest binders from Whitman which usually hold 10 pages. And I wish they made them bigger.

Canadian nickels from U.S circulation

I have thought about expanding that album and adding pages for Standing Liberty quarters and Walking Liberty half dollars (I already have a Franklin half dollar album).

mtm, those sound like good albums to start with. Are you filling them from circulation?

Going to see how far I can get from circulation anyways. Hard to find the early Washington quarters and some of the wheat cents but we'll see how it goes. Currently grabbing a box of cents and a handful of quarter rolls each time I restock.

Sounds like nickles are the easiest to complete from circulation so going to work on that next.

Not having any luck for a long time at banks for half dollars I made my list for a coin show with all the missing Kennedy half dollars I need to fill several Albums. At the coin show I found one dealer with all of what I needed, he made me a great deal on them, got all the ones to fill several Albums. At home yesterday I filled them all so now can just put them away. All have 10 pages so nothing more can be added and no desire to start new ones for after those.

Congrats on finishing your Kennedy halves albums Carl! I am hoping I can finish my BU Franklin halves album soon (It will be my first complete album!).
