The pictures were not taken through a mirror. I my opinion is it was sandwiched between two coins and the coins did not line up making it look off center. What a waste of some good coins. That's my story and I'm sticking to it..
I would check the weight and diameter. If they are correct, especially the diameter being a pefect circle, I would doubt that the coin is manmade. It would be highly unlikely to press 3 coins(center one being a blank) together with enough force to imprint the details so accurately and maintain a pefect circle. nlp
