I am about 90% sure this is a Doubled die and not Die Deterioration on the motto. I could not match it up with anything on Coppercoins or Crawfords list. Not the best photos, but I think it shows the doubling adequately enough to generate some opinions. Any comments would be appreciated.

Thanks Coop, the images are a little blurry, will try to get better pics taken and posted tommorrow. in hand under the mic the separation seems pretty obvious.

Your coin suffers from Machine Doubling that is very common for 1968 cents.
