I picked these nasty things up from a local bank today. Looks like they're taped with medical tape. Also looks like they have been sitting around awhile, but who knows.

I'm going to sit here, look at them for awhile, say a prayer, open them, then post the results.

Went to the bank today and got my usual 5 rolls of quarter and nickels. I found a Tallgrass Prairie W quarter, my first. I've noticed that the planchets on the West point quarters are thicker and are easily discernable when searching the edges.

Anyway, the teller had around 400 dollars of customer wrapped halves. I searched a few and they were all clad....don't know if I should go back. I will definitely go back and get more quarters from that box.

I hope you're checking them for DDO's & DDR's.

Went to my bank on Saturday and picked up some rolls to search in the drive thru. The teller handed me rolls that had been obviously searched already except for one quarter roll. It had a Tallgrass Prarie W as an ender! I couldn't tell because it was the reverse, but still a good find.
