I have a question. I just got a roll of Wong quartersBank. All the reliefs have small sratches. Only 2 are exempt from major distracting, blemishes. I think that the Wong quarter will be highly valued by Chinese collectors in the future. And that market is big. I'm just speculating.
My question is should I send my two 65< coins to PCGS now, or sit on em for 10 years then do it ?

I have seen a few from circulation, only because my son received them. I do have them from the uncirculated and proof mint sets, of course.

First time tried out the bank rolls hunting.
Got 5 rolls of quarters, no silver of course, but got some coins filling in my book. Well got a 2019 W quarter! That's the best find of today!

Since my last post, in May of last year, I've searched about 179 additional boxes for a total of 233.5 boxes.

My most interesting recent finds include three silver proofs and a 15% off center struck 1995. One of the silver proofs is a rather attractive 1992-S.

My most unusual find was a 1953 Cuban 25 centavos. The coin has good luster, probably AU-55 or 58, and is 90% silver. Not sure of the value.

I've now found 225 W quarters. Since I last reported, my W finds have slowed a bit. I was finding just over 1 per box, now that's down to just below 1 per box. The typical amount of luster on the Ws has also declined, as is to be expected as the 2019s and 2020s continue to circulate. There are still gem W quarters out there, though.

I'd like to find more silver Washingtons, but a major source for me has been $1k bags from a vending machine owner.
His coins have lots of Ws, but I've only found two silvers in about 30 bags. I can't really complain as Ws are worth more anyway, and I've sold many of them to fund other numismatic pursuits. Brinks boxes and CWR have a silver every 3 or 4 boxes. CWRs are often short, though.

I found one small hoard, a CWR with nine silvers. I went back to the same branch the next day, bought the remaining ten rolls, and found a roll with four silvers and another single 1964. It was pretty exciting, silver quarters are much tougher than dimes.

Great finds Tom and Echo; I really like that 1995 off strike coin.
