Bought a bag of $1000 today at the bank. I work here at the bank, but just today got permission to take the bags from our counter home and bring them back Will post results later tonight!

1943 silver :)

2009-
Northern Mariana Islands - 1
Guam - 1
Puerto Rico - 1
District of Columbia -7
U.S. Virgin Islands -3
American Somoa -5

2010-
Yosemite -4
Mount Hood -4
Grand Canyon -4
Yellowstone -3
Hot Springs -2

2011-
Vicksburg- 5
Olympic- 5
Chickasaw- 4
Glacier- 3
Gettysburg- 1

2012
El Yunque- 1

AND Lastly 1989 Proof :)

Now a couple questions for all as I am pretty new to searching besides for silver. Are the 2009 any more rare or worth anymore than just a quarter? Something about smaller circulation numbers? And Secondly do the 2010-2012 have anymore value or do people just collect them for looks/ book fillers? Thanks everyone!

coindog, found a few good ones to go in your package today!

wanted to ask you two things. first, did you ever find out what your 32d was graded? cant wait to hear about it.

second, I found a Illinois P quarters a few weeks back that I thought was silver by the look of the rim. still not sure what the heck it was until I just read your comment on the plated State Quarters. what is the story on those? what are they, who did it, what are they plated with etc? this is the first I have heard of them.

nice ATB finds wild! well the ATB's have low mintages and are rarely seen so I'm sure they will sell for more than 25 cents

My hot streak on quarters continues. Pulled a 52-d from $40 in cwr. That is 3 silvers in the last $620 searched.

Hondo. I just put your package together after going through 2000 dollars in quarters still no El Yunque. Thats a bit annoying. I did how ever find a 64D. I have no idea what is with those plated quarters I'm up to 6 now, all I know is that they were sold by the QVC tv shoppping network or one of those. They have no resale value unless there is an entire set I guess. It is a bit bothersome that I cant find an El yunque in 10,000 quarteres.

Oh and I left the quarter at my parents so it hasnt gone out yet.

Cool deal. I have not seen an el yunque quarter yet... Period.
Congrats to everyone on the silver finds. Silver quarter finds are great. Even better than silver halves, I think. Just less common.
