Do you guys think this is a premium die error?!
And if so will it crank up the value of it?

I have a few more interesting errors in euros, let me know if I should post em! Don't have a clue how you guys think about the euro, because I don't see a special thread on it (or am I wrong?)

I agree with bio, just die chips - no added value. They are cool and I would keep them, but that's just me. I like stuff like that.

Yes, it is a French 2 Euro coin made for and very frequently found in circulation.

Just a small observation-- with these bi-metal issues, the center part often ends up with minor problems like these. I think the more impressive off-center effects are the ones that have more appeal as error coins.
