Can you show us a photo of the reverse?

Your obverse photo looks awfully bright ..... I would have serious concerns that this coin has been over-dipped to death at some point in the past.

Based on what I see here ..... and lacking any info on the photo integrity or reverse photo ...... NO .... I would not purchase it at any price above silver bullion.

Love the Illinois Centennial Commem. I'd want to see that one in hand before giving $110 for it. It's probably worth it but I wouldn't pay that much for an AU or cleaned piece.
