Ha Ha.......No.....she assured me she did not do that !!
She got all of the rolls from Lyndon State Bank, about a half an hour south of our city.

She also got me some Cent rolls (found two Wheats), and some Dime rolls (found nothing)

I appreciate the suspicions of some who think these War Nickels may have been "planted" by a sneaky wife.....but NOPE ! Didn't happen friends !

I think most of us would think it was more special if she had of planted them, that way she would really know what you liked and would have given you that little surprise hidden in there. If I had planted them I wouldn't have told the person either, I would just let them think they were lucky to make the present that much more special to them

And I am now, obviously, re-thinking my theory on not liking customer wrapped rolls ! .....
